The whole reason for the trip to Utah was to attend the baptism of my baby brother, Shane.
Shane is such a happy boy, who is so nice and thoughtful towards others.
I just can't imagine life without him!
(I'm sure that Mom can't either, she would have no one at home to keep her company)

Lane, my wonderful brother who just got home from serving a two year mission this past March, performed the baptism.
Shane has been planning on this ever since he could understand what baptism was.

Shauna, Curt, and Cam.
Shauna was in town from Florida by coincidence, but we were glad she was able to come.
Curt played the piano for all of the music.
Cam came and represented "the boys". Lane and Cam are rooming together down at BYU this semester.

Jann gave a super good talk on baptism and Daddy was able to use his priesthood and confirm Shane a member of the church.
It was a wonderful day.
Babydoll, I am so proud of you for the way you have prepared to become a member of the church. Keep doing the good things and I know you will be blessed.
