And now he looks it again.
With all of this serious weight loss going on (over 45 lbs to date) he lost a ring size and a half.
He gave me a scare when the first words out of his mouth when standing up in Grassy Lake were "my ring!". I thought he had lost it. That would have been bad.
So, we had it sized, and now it's back, shiny and new and pretty.

Hi guys! I love seeing your house updates, I can't wait for you to move in! And I can't believe Curt lost that much weight! What's the secret? :)
No secret, he just made a concious effort to correct his portion sizes and we go and work out at least 3 times a week. I love seeing your updates too...your girls are my favorite.
