I feel like I'm in college again...

You know, when you have no decorations on the walls yet (see the following picture from the first week of having my own apartment back in the day in Provo).

Good news is that they are on schedule to break ground on our house in the next week or so.

Grandma Losee

My Grandma Losee has been real sick lately and has had several run ins with the hospital. So, I have been thinking of her and grandpa. So here are some pictures.

More sights around Ann Arbor

And we're down to 3....

The adorable little blonde boy in the middle moved out this week, so we are down to three. This past Sunday our boys and then three girls were the only ones in Senior Primary. Summer is hard on college towns (...but there still are two nurseries, and the Junior Primary is very healthy).

Wedding Pictures

Here are Jeff and Alison coming out of the temple.

And here are the million cameras waiting for them.

Family shot: Curt, Carmen, Megan, Jeff, Alison, Shauna, Katherine, Ron, Andrew.

I love candid shots...they tell a better story even if everyone looks funny.

The wedding party.

The boys, assuming "the position".

Temples have such beautiful grounds.

Ron, the videographer.

Leah and Megan.

Curt and Megan.

Andrew and Leah.

President Hoglund, the Orlando temple president.
(aka, grandpa)
He performed the marriage and did a beautiful job.

Katherine and Leah.

Beautiful, happy day.

Hostetler reception

The reception was at the Windermere Town Hall, a very cute old building in a very nice and quaint little town.

Jeff and Alison's first dance.

Curt and I.

Ryan and his fiance, Kao Nu.

Alison and her little sister.

Alison and her girls.

At the beginning of cleanup we still had music going, and Alison's grandparents were just so cute that I couldn't resist taking a picture.

Amazing fruit cascade made by John Klemas.

The Orlando Temple

Beautiful, inside and out.
You should see the chandeliers inside, they are exquisite.
Not to forget the fact that it is a special building for spiritual reasons also.
I love temples.

I caught it in one of the deep gray cloudy moments and I love the contrast.

Curt's hard work

So, we've mentioned a little bit on our goals to be healthier. I just thought that I would show the progress that has been made.

This is a "Before" picture for reference. This was right after our honeymoon. Curt is the third one from the left.

Another before.

This was this past weekend, the "After", but there will still be future "afters" to come. Curt has lost at least 25 lbs, and I think that it really shows.

Curt and I this past weekend.

Here's a "before" of me. I'm the one on the left. I don't think that I've changed much as far as shape goes since we've started really working out...but I would hope that my heart is healthier. Which is the goal for me looking at my family history of health problems.

Pre-Wedding Festivities

Wow, still having computer troubles (Curt is asleep so I can't get him to fix it at the moment), but I was able to wrestle in a couple of pictures from the family dinner and hang out stuff the night before the wedding.

Poor Max, his older cousins couldn't walk by him without tipping him upside down, high in the air.

This is Alison's adorable little sister.

The Boys. Jeff, Andrew, Curt.

Somehow we ended up walking around Downtown Disney. Curt's gotten dang good at taking our picture.
