Holiday Vacation Project #3

The third project I did was to paint both of the upstairs bathrooms.
I am a little sick of painting now so I might have to take a couple week break.

Here are some before pictures, but (as always) I forgot to take them until I had already taken down the electrical plates and started taping. Oh well, what can you do?

We painted them Behr color 790D-4 Granite Boulder, figuring the grey goes well with the flooring and doesn't clash with the blue walls in the master bedroom.
This project needed to happen because the flat paint was just soaking up the moisture from my long showers, and, well, I'm a little bit of a mold freak. We used a paint specially made for bathrooms.
Here is the after of the master bathroom:

Here is the other bathroom upstairs.
And no, we don't have a shower curtain up. We have the hooks and shower curtain here, but our shower curtain rod is still in Utah, we will go retrieve it in May.

okay so, question. I am a motivated, proactive person who likes to do lots of projects and be busy most of the time but 3 HOUSE PAINTING JOBS IN ONE VACATION????? How do you have the energy? Maybe if I had my own house I would feel differently, but still. I think I would be worn out. props to you!

I'm not going to lie, I was pretty exhausted, but it was so worth it to see it done. After only a weeks break I am chomping at the bit to have a go at more rooms, but my money-savvy side forces me to pace myself. Thanks a lot though.
