paint prep + lighting delivery

No outside picture this time.
It was raining and I didn't feel like taking one.
But I did drop my camera real good while un-coordinatedly jumping into the basement from the window well that I snuck in while Curt held up the window well grate because they are now locking doors but they are not keeping me out.
We'll have to see if damages were sustained. So far so good.

All of the lighting fixtures chillin in the kitchen.

Oh, and we got tile around the master tub.
I know that it's looking all monochromatic, but I will fix that, don't you worry.

To prep for paint they came through and caulked every crack and edge in every piece of trim.
It looks so good. I'm excited for paint...even though the builder paint won't be visible in many places after I get through with it. Ha ha ha ha (diabolical laugh).

Oil rubbed bronze "premium", "premier", or other such grand word lighting.
Sounds neat, but they were really the only lighting option that I thought even acceptable.
But I like them.
