Snow!!!...then not snow

2/21/2010: Large snowstorm #1

 

Woke up to a foot of snow, then had another hefty amount to shovel when getting home.

  

Couldn't get into the driveway till it was cleared.

 

Whoa! up to the front patio.

The piles are getting bigger!

Sheesh, is there a driveway in there?  I can't see it.

These storms left so much snow that today, after 3+ days of temps in the 40s, there is still snow on the ground.  Pretty amazing.

I'll take the snow though over the deep freeze any day of the week.  And hey, we've had a relatively mild Michigan winter, for which I am thankful.
