Tentative Spring

Well, considering it has done this on the U of M campus in the past three days:

...I think it safe to say that we are finally experiencing the initial stages of a Michigan Spring.
Pretty.

Well, I think you are ahead of us for spring. I'm thinking it might push through sometime this week, crossing my fingers!!!
It's somewhat depressing when I see pics from home (ut) and tulips are up and grass is green...sigh...

Yeah, the tulips haven't made their way up out here yet either, just these tiny carpet flowers that only bloom for like a week. Last year I went to Utah at the end of March, and when I came back here it took a full month {!} before Michigan reached the same point of Spring. We both live in cold places...brrr.

If by "inital" you mean getting tricked with a few blossoms and 1 warm day just to be followed by 2 more months of cold/rainy days then yes, it looks like spring :) Oh how we love Michigan!

Yeah, like I've said before, I sure do love Michigan when I don't hate it, it's just too bad the hating (read: nasty cold) lasts so long.
